Mapping, waxing, trimming and tweezing are all included, so long brow hairs are cut to length and the outline is cleaned up in one pass.
Pale lashes are a quick way for eyes to look tired. A deep lash tint adds definition from root to tip, which is often all light-haired clients need.
Contacts come out first and your eyes stay closed on protective pads for the whole tint, so you can simply lie back and rest.
Four steps in 45 minutes
If you wear contact lenses, you will take them out before we start, so bring your case or glasses. We ask about eye sensitivity, recent eye infections and your usual brow routine.
We map your brows, trim long hairs to length, and shape them with wax and tweezers along the mapped line.
Pads protect the skin under your eyes, and a deep tint is brushed onto the lashes while your eyes stay closed. It processes for several minutes, then is wiped away thoroughly.
You see both results in the mirror together. The lashes usually stand out first: darker, longer-looking and visible without mascara.

Dark lashes that do not run
Mascara and Boca Raton summers do not get along. Between humidity, afternoon downpours and a quick dip at Spanish River Park, it smudges or runs by midafternoon. Tinted lashes stay dark in water once they have set, so you can swim, sweat through a gym class or sit through a sticky outdoor event without checking for smudges. No. A lash tint only changes color, making lashes darker and easier to see. A lash lift changes the curl, lifting lashes from the root. If you want both, our Lash Lamination & Tinting service at $120 combines them.
Usually about 4 to 6 weeks. Lash color does not wash out; it fades as tinted lashes shed and new ones grow in. Oil-based makeup removers and rubbing your eyes can make it fade sooner.
Please remove them before the appointment starts and bring your case or glasses. You can put your lenses back in once the tint is finished and your eyes feel comfortable.
Most people feel little more than the pads under their eyes. Keep your eyes closed throughout, and tell us right away if you feel stinging or burning so the tint can be removed. If you have very sensitive eyes or have reacted to a tint before, mention it when you book.
It is where tinting makes the biggest difference. Light lashes are often longer than they look, and darkening them from root to tip reveals their full length. Many blondes and redheads find they no longer need mascara day to day.

You can after about 24 hours, but you may not want to. Tinted lashes already look darker and more defined, so many people save mascara for evenings out.
Wait until any infection, stye or eyelid irritation has fully cleared, and follow your eye doctor's timeline after surgery such as LASIK. During pregnancy, ask your OB or doctor whether a lash tint is right for you first.
Give the tint about 24 hours, then swim as you like. Tinted lashes do not run in the pool or ocean the way mascara does, although chlorine and saltwater may fade the color a little faster over the following weeks.
