BioRePeel and PRX-T33 are designed to work beneath the surface with little visible shedding, so most clients head back to work the same day.
We see clients until 7 pm Monday to Thursday and from 9:30 am to 2 pm on weekends, so a peel series fits around work and family.
What to expect, step by step
Your licensed esthetician asks about your routine, medications, recent sun exposure and goals, then looks at your skin up close. If you are torn between peels, this is where we decide together, or you can start with the free 30-minute consultation.
Makeup, oil and sunscreen come off so the solution absorbs evenly. Delicate spots such as the corners of the nose and lips can be protected before any acid touches the skin.
Face Reality peels are applied in thin layers, while BioRePeel and PRX-T33 are massaged into the skin and later rinsed off with water. Expect tingling or warmth that eases within minutes.
We apply soothing products and sun protection, then walk you through the next few days: no scrubs, retinoids, saunas or hard workouts, and SPF every morning. You leave knowing when your next session should be.

Planning a peel series around Boca Raton's year-round UV
Boca Raton gets meaningful UV in every month, so we plan peels around your calendar, not just your skin. Season, roughly November to April, is when many clients start a series ahead of galas, weddings and visiting family. In summer we lean on the lower-downtime options, BioRePeel, PRX-T33 and the lactic peel, and ask you to keep fresh skin away from beach, boat and pool days for about a week.

It depends on your main goal. Congestion and breakouts usually start with the Face Reality Acne Peel, dryness or sensitivity with the lactic peel, texture and dullness with BioRePeel, and fine lines or firmness with PRX-T33. Most people notice brighter, smoother skin after one peel, but lasting change comes from a series. BioRePeel and PRX-T33 are usually booked every one to two weeks and Face Reality peels roughly every two weeks, followed by maintenance every one to three months. That is why we sell the TCA peels in packages of three.
Yes, with planning. BioRePeel and PRX-T33 are described by their makers as non-photosensitizing and cause little visible peeling, so they are popular from May to October. In any season you will need broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher daily and should skip direct sun, beach days and tanning for about a week after.
Not much with our menu. PRX-T33 and BioRePeel are designed to work beneath the surface, so most people see little or no shedding. The Face Reality lactic and acne peels can cause light flaking for a few days, which you should let fall away on its own.
Stop retinoids, exfoliating acids and scrubs about a week before, and avoid waxing, tanning or sunburn on the area. Tell us about medications, recent procedures and any history of cold sores. If you have taken isotretinoin, you generally need to wait at least six months after finishing, so check with your prescriber.
Professional peels are generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so check with your OB first. Peels are also off the table with an active infection, cold sore, open wound or sunburn on the area, or after recent isotretinoin use. If you have a diagnosed skin condition such as rosacea or eczema, ask a dermatologist before booking.
Give your skin the rest of the day off if you can. Most clients return to light makeup the next day after BioRePeel or PRX-T33. After a Face Reality peel, wait until any flaking has calmed and use clean brushes.
Many people with medium to deep skin tones do well with peels, but formula and pacing matter because irritation can leave dark marks. We start conservatively, often with a lighter peel, and build up only when your skin responds well. Consistent SPF is essential.
If you already know which peel suits you, yes. BioRePeel and PRX-T33 work best as a series, and each package of three costs less than three single visits: $540 versus $199 per BioRePeel session, and $599 versus $230 per PRX-T33 session.
At-home acids are made to be safe with no supervision, so they are mild. A professional peel uses stronger formulas applied by a licensed esthetician who controls timing, layers and aftercare, which is why you see more change in fewer sessions.
