Allow 50 minutes, including cleansing, the nanoneedling pass and a calming finish.
One 50-minute nanoneedling session with serum infusion; results build over a short series.
Ideal for early signs of aging, rough or uneven texture and skin that has stopped responding to creams alone. It is not a fit during pregnancy or with active breakouts, infection or sunburn.
A focused anti-aging facial that fits into a lunch break.
The ultra-fine needles work at the surface, giving you a rejuvenating treatment with less discomfort and less downtime than traditional microneedling.
The tiny channels help the serums applied during your session sink in rather than sit on top of the skin.
Your esthetician maps out spacing and at-home care so each session builds on the last instead of standing alone.

Four steps, about 50 minutes
We confirm there are no active breakouts, cold sores or sunburn in the area and that retinoids were paused, then cleanse thoroughly.
A nanoneedling tip glides over the skin in sections, creating microchannels at the surface. Many describe the feeling as a light, sandpaper-like scratch rather than a needle prick.
Serums chosen for your goals are worked into the skin while the channels are open, which is when absorption is at its best.
A calming finish and SPF close the session. Expect a pink, warm look for a few hours, and go without makeup until the next day.
How nanoneedling compares with two related treatments.
Nanoneedling plus serum infusion for texture, fine lines and tone, with minimal recovery. Best when you want gradual, visible improvement in how your skin looks and feels.
No needles at all. The microcurrent facial tones facial muscles for a lifted look, a better pick for sagging along the jaw and brows than for surface texture.
A needle-free peel often considered when texture and firmness are the goal. Compare it on the PRX-T33 peel page.
Alternating hydradermabrasion visits between nanoneedling sessions keeps pores clear and skin well hydrated.
Radiofrequency focuses on firmness while nanoneedling focuses on the surface, so the two can be planned in one program on separate days.
Fuller, lifted-looking brows add to a refreshed look and never touch the treated skin.

Why low-downtime treatments suit Boca schedules
Deeper resurfacing often means a week of hiding from the sun, which is hard in a city where lunch is on a patio and weekends are on the water. Nanoneedling gives South Florida clients a way to work on texture and fine lines while keeping their plans, as long as they wear SPF 30 or higher, reapply it and add a hat for a few days after each session.
Next steps in an anti-aging plan
The Skin Rejuvenation Facial belongs to our anti-aging treatments and our wider facials menu. For firmness, add RF skin tightening; for sun spots and uneven tone, see hyperpigmentation treatment.
Nanoneedling uses a tip covered in extremely fine needles to create tiny channels in the outermost layer of skin. These channels help serums absorb and support the skin's natural renewal, which can improve the look of texture, fine lines and uneven tone. Because it stays at the surface, recovery is quick.
Microneedling uses longer needles that reach deeper into the skin, which usually means 2 to 5 days of redness and more careful aftercare. Nanoneedling works at the surface with much finer needles, so discomfort and downtime are far lower. Microneedling may do more for deep scarring, while nanoneedling suits texture, tone and product absorption.
Most people find it very tolerable. It feels like light scratching that is strongest over bony areas such as the forehead and jawline. Let your esthetician know if a spot feels tender and the pressure can be eased.
Very little. Expect pink, warm-feeling skin for a few hours, sometimes until the next day. Skip makeup, workouts, saunas and swimming for 24 hours, and keep strong sun off your face for several days.
You may notice a smoother, brighter look after one session, but texture and fine lines respond best to a series. Your esthetician will suggest how many visits and how far apart based on your skin and goals.
For about a week, leave out retinol, exfoliating acids and scrubs, and avoid picking or rubbing the skin. Use a gentle cleanser, a plain moisturizer and SPF 30 or higher every day. Do not book facial waxing or peels for at least a week.
It is not recommended during pregnancy, with active acne or infection, cold sores, sunburn, eczema or psoriasis in the area, or within 6 months of an isotretinoin course. Tell us about blood thinners, keloid scarring or recent injectables when you book.
It can help sun-worn skin look smoother and more even over a series, especially alongside daily sunscreen. For dark spots specifically, a peel-based plan may do more; see our hyperpigmentation treatment options. Any changing or unusual spot should be checked by a dermatologist.
Pores can look smaller as texture becomes smoother and the skin looks firmer over a series. It will not change the pore size you were born with, but it can make pores less noticeable in daylight and photos.
Yes, with some spacing. Give injectables around two weeks to settle before a nanoneedling session in the same area, and confirm the timing with whoever did your injections.
