Quick answer: At Skin Lounge Med Spa in Boca Raton, facials cost $115 to $325, from the one-hour Microcurrent Facial to the two-hour DMK Enzyme 2. Fourteen of our 18 facials are priced between $135 and $199, and most take about an hour. If you are not sure where to begin, the $135 Hyper Customized Facial or a free 30-minute consultation is the usual first step.

Every price in this guide comes from our current 2026 service menu, so you are comparing real numbers rather than estimates. Facials are cosmetic services that are typically not covered by insurance (Cleveland Clinic), so it helps to know exactly what you are paying for before you book.

What do most people pay for a facial in Boca Raton?

We do not publish what individual clients spend, but the menu makes the typical range clear. A standard one-hour facial at Skin Lounge costs $135 to $199, a range that covers the Hyper Customized Facial, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, our deep-pore facials, the HydroDiamond Facial and iS Clinical Fire & Ice.

The exceptions sit at either end. The Microcurrent Facial is $115. Above $199 you will find the Skin Rejuvenation Facial at $220 and the two DMK Enzyme Therapy levels at $260 and $325, which are longer or more specialized treatments.

Our only current offer: New clients: 15% off select facial + lamination combos on the first visit. Ask which combos qualify when you request your appointment.

Why do facial prices vary so much?

A few factors explain most of the difference between one facial and the next. Here is how each one shows up on our menu.

Time on the table

Most of our facials run 50 to 75 minutes. DMK Enzyme 1 and DMK Enzyme 2 are booked as two-hour visits, which is a large part of why they sit at the top of the price list.

Technology and devices

Device-based facials carry the cost of the equipment and the supplies each session uses. The Microcurrent Facial uses low-level current, the HydroDiamond Facial pairs a diamond tip with gentle suction and serum infusion, and the Skin Rejuvenation Facial uses nanoneedling. Diamond-tip systems that exfoliate, clean pores and infuse serum in one visit are a recognized category of facial (Cleveland Clinic).

Professional product lines

Our menu is built on professional lines including iS Clinical, DMK, Circadia and Casmara, each with its own protocol. The Fire & Ice Facial, for example, starts with a resurfacing masque containing glycolic acid, retinol and vitamin B3, then cools the skin with a hyaluronic acid masque. Stronger active ingredients take more skill to apply well.

Training and licensing

In Florida, registering as a facial specialist requires 220 hours of training focused primarily on sanitation and safety (Florida Statutes). Every facial at Skin Lounge is performed by our licensed estheticians.

Add-ons and combinations

Our menu does not list paid facial upgrades. Extras such as brow lamination or a lash lift are separate services with their own prices, so the number next to each facial is the price of that facial.

How do I choose a facial by goal and budget?

  • Under $150: the Microcurrent Facial ($115) for a lifted look, the Hyper Customized Facial ($135) for all-round care, or dermaplaning or microdermabrasion ($145 each) for smoother texture.
  • Clogged pores and blackheads: the Deluxe Deep-Pore Cleansing Facial or Exfoliating Clear Skin Facial ($165), or the Deep-Pore Cleansing Facial & Chemical Exfoliation ($185).
  • Glow before an event: dermaplaning ($145), the HydroDiamond Facial ($175) or iS Clinical Fire & Ice ($199). Our guide to microdermabrasion vs dermaplaning vs HydroDiamond compares the first two options in detail.
  • Fine lines and firmness: Microcurrent ($115), SWiCH ($150), the Skin Rejuvenation Facial ($220) or DMK Enzyme Therapy ($260 or $325). Weighing needling options? Read nanoneedling vs microneedling.
  • Pregnancy: the Mother-to-Be Glow Ritual ($199), once your OB has given the go-ahead.

A higher price does not automatically mean a better facial for you. Dry, sensitive or acne-prone skin can find strong mechanical exfoliation too irritating, and for some people with darker skin tones, aggressive exfoliation can lead to dark spots (American Academy of Dermatology). The right facial is the one matched to your skin, which is exactly what the free consultation is for.

Painful cysts, breakouts that will not settle, or a spot that is growing or changing should be checked by a dermatologist first. Our acne treatment page explains how spa facials can fit alongside medical care.

How often should you get a facial?

An aesthetician quoted by Cleveland Clinic suggests every four to six weeks, because that lines up with the skin’s natural cycle of about 30 days (Cleveland Clinic). At six-week spacing that works out to about 9 visits a year; at four weeks, about 13.

Some treatments are designed as a series. The AAD says most microdermabrasion patients receive between 5 and 16 treatments, given weekly, every two weeks or monthly (AAD), and light chemical peels are often repeated 3 to 5 times, every 2 to 5 weeks (AAD). One way to keep costs predictable is to focus on one goal-driven treatment, then maintain with a simpler facial. Your esthetician will suggest a rhythm after your first visit.

What is included in the price, and what costs extra?

Each facial is booked as a complete appointment. A typical visit includes a skin check and cleanse, the main treatment (extractions, enzymes, acids, a blade, crystals, a diamond tip or gentle current, depending on the facial), masks and serums matched to your skin that day, and a finish with hydration and SPF. You also leave with aftercare advice for the next day or two.

Anything that is its own service costs extra. Popular pairings are Brow Lamination & Design ($110), Lash Lamination & Tinting ($120) and Brow Design & Tinting ($50); see our brow services and lash services.

Wherever you book, the AAD suggests asking who will perform the treatment, what results to expect, how often you will need it, the possible side effects and the cost (AAD). And in Boca Raton’s strong sun, protect freshly treated skin with a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher (AAD).

Facial cost FAQs

What is the least expensive facial at Skin Lounge?

The Microcurrent Facial is $115 for 60 minutes. If you want a broader facial built around your skin that day, the Hyper Customized Facial is $135 for 60 minutes.

Why does DMK Enzyme Therapy cost more than other facials?

Both DMK levels are two-hour visits built on DMK’s enzyme masque protocol, and Level 2 adds a double-layered masque. DMK Enzyme 1 is $260 and DMK Enzyme 2 is $325. The enzyme facials page explains each step.

Is the HydroDiamond Facial the same as a HydraFacial?

No. The HydroDiamond Facial ($175, 60 minutes) is our hydradermabrasion facial, with diamond-tip exfoliation, gentle vacuum cleansing, serum and oxygen infusion and a cooling finish. It works on a similar idea but is not the HydraFacial® branded device. Details are on the HydroDiamond Facial page.

Are facials covered by insurance?

Generally, no. Facials are typically paid out of pocket (Cleveland Clinic), and the AAD notes that insurance does not cover cosmetic microdermabrasion (AAD).

Do you offer any discounts on facials?

Our one current offer is: New clients: 15% off select facial + lamination combos on the first visit. There are no other facial discounts on the menu.

Is the skin consultation really free?

Yes. It is a free 30-minute, one-on-one visit to look at your skin, talk through your concerns and choose the facial that fits your goals and budget.

Can I get a facial while pregnant?

Yes, with the right facial and your doctor’s approval. The Mother-to-Be Glow Ritual ($199, 75 minutes) uses botanical ingredients with no retinol or harsh acids. Please check with your OB before booking any skin treatment.
